AltoHorn...BassDrum

Next year, I came to be interested in AltoHorn.

Playing this musical instrument was easier than playing trombone or trumpet for me.

I think it is because the size of mouth piece is best for my mouth.

Actually, I didn't participate in the parade, which I mentioned before, with AltoHorn. So I don't remember any music I played with this instrument ><

the next oppotunity of changing instruments, I, of course, stood to be an AltoHorn player.

However, I couldn' t be an AltoHorn Player >< ><

because...
I lost at Janken ><

notice:Janken= the game of rock-paper-scissor!!

I chose Trombone!

So, next semester (actually, we changed instrument in six month), I chose to be a trombone player.

Actually, there are few melody part or appealing part for trombone players, but I really enjoyed playing trombone.

To tell the truth, I couldn't read the music all at once, it was too hard for me to read the active(?) music such as Trumpet's. The music of trombone was no so hard for me. In addition, that unique appearance also attracts me.

June of the year, I took part in the brass band parade for the city festival of Kanazawa, where is my hometown.

I enjoyed the festival even if I could not remember the music and imitated to play ><

Trombone ^^

At the time, one of the club members lent her torombone to me.

Surprising the size of the musical instrument, I tried to play it.

How eazy to make sound!!

Actually, I have still remembered that moment, and since the moment I have wanted to play the musical instrument.

I became a trumpet player!

I will continue to write my history with trombone!

However, trombone have not emerged yet ><

Actually, my first musical instrument for brass band was trumpet.

I could be a trumpet player as I wanted to be.

I practiced the trumpet so often, because I want to be good at trumpet and play some music.

However, trumpet is often regarded as one of the most difficult musical instrument.
Trumpet was also difficult for me ><
Although I practiced it a lot, I could not make high-tone. I could just make sounds of La, or Ti.

In addition, I got very tired after playing the trumpet, especially, I felt a tingle on my mouth.

Of course, playing music was very fun, but I came to be interested in other musical instruments...

Tanabata Concert! 2

Tanabata Concert has finished last night!

I really enjoy the party in many ways.

First of all, as I said before, I performed at the concert with the members of our music club.

Second, I enjoy listening to music. All of the students in AIU sincely love music, and are very good at music.

I touched many kinds of music just last night...

ex) Rock, chorus, brassband, a cappella,...

In addition, I enjoyed chatting! (I always enjoy chatting as long as I have time)

I could be familiar with international students little by little.

This concert was a very good chance as exchanging opportunity.

I wanna appreciate the students event committee(?) to have this great party and concert!

Thank you very much!!

Tanabata concert!

Tanabata concert is coming tomorrow!! we're going to play some music in the concert!!

I like to perform in front of audience, but I always feel nervous before the performance!

I want the audience to enjoy our music ;)

I have to go to bed as early as possible for the concert.

By the way, do you know what tonabata is!??

It is one of the seasonal festival of Japan. Tanabata is often translated into "star festival!" Actually, the day for tanabata is July 7th.

So, why don't you look up the sky on the day!

In Japan, we especially enjoy watching Milkey way**

I will continue to talk about my history with trombone next time!!
